Parking Brake Shoes - 5 Ton Vehicle, Vehicles With: Drum-in-Hat: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the brake disc. Refer to: Brake Disc - 5 Ton Vehicle, Vehicles With: Drum-in-Hat .
2. Remove the return springs.

3. On both sides.
   1. Remove the hold down springs.
   2. Remove the pins and the parking brake shoes.

4. Remove the brake shoe adjuster.
