Parking Brake Shoes - 5 Ton Vehicle, Vehicles With: Drum-in-Hat: Installation
- Remove the adjuster screw from the adjuster housing.
- Using specified grease, lubricate the adjuster screw contact points. Refer to: Specifications

- Install the adjuster screw in the adjuster housing.
- Using specified grease, lubricate the parking brake shoe contact points. Refer to: Specifications
.
- On both sides.
- Install the parking brake shoes and pins.
- Install the hold down springs.
- Install the brake shoe adjuster.
- Install the return springs.
- Adjust the parking brake shoes. Refer to: Parking Brake Shoe Adjustment - 5 Ton Vehicle, Vehicles With: Drum-in-Hat .
