Rear Brake Flexible Hose - Vehicles With: 2-Piston Brake Caliper: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
NOTE: Make sure that all openings are sealed.

Outer brake hoses: Remove the brake hose flow bolt and disconnect the brake hose from the brake caliper. Discard the washers.

Torque

: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)

Remove the clip, disconnect the brake tube fitting and remove the brake hose.
Torque

: 150 lb.in (17 Nm)

Inner brake hoses:
1. Detach the 3 wheel speed sensor harness retainers.
2. Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.
  Torque
  
  : 150 lb.in (17 Nm)
3. Remove the 2 brake hose bracket bolts.
  Torque
  
  : 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

3. Remove the brake hose bracket bolt and remove the brake hoses.
