Front Bumper - Electric: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: Front Bumper Cover - Electric .
  2. Remove the CCM. Refer to: Cruise Control Radar .
  3. On both sides. Remove the trim pin.

    1. Disconnect the ambient air temperature sensor electrical connector.
    2. Disconnect the wiring harness retainer and position the wiring harness aside.
    3. Detach the ambient air temperature sensor.

  5. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and position the wiring harness aside.

  6. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and position the wiring harness aside.

  7. Remove the bolts.

    Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

  8. NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.

    Remove screws and the front bumper.

    Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
