Fourth Row Single Seat Backrest - Vehicles With: Rear Seat Recliner: Removal

WARNING: The following procedure describes critical repair steps required for correct seat component installation. Follow all notes and steps carefully. Do not place any objects between the seat components and the body of the vehicle, nor any objects within a joint internal to the seat structure. Failure to follow step instructions may result in incorrect operation of the seat components and increases the risk of serious personal injury.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the fourth row single seat cushion and cover as an assembly. Refer to: Fourth Row Single Seat Cushion Cover .
2. Remove the fourth row single seat backrest cover. Refer to: Fourth Row Single Seat Backrest Cover .
3. Remove the backrest foam while positioning the safety belt through the foam opening.

4. Position the safety belt through the backrest upper safety belt guide.

5. 1. Release the locking tabs and remove the backrest safety belt guide cover.
   2. Position the safety belt through the backrest safety belt guide.

6. Remove the bolts and the seat backrest.
