Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler to EGR Valve Tube: Installation

If installing the new EGR cooler to EGR valve tube. Install the EGR back pressure sensor. Refer to: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Back Pressure Sensor .
If installing the new EGR cooler to EGR valve tube. Install the EGR temperature sensor. Refer to: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Temperature Sensor .
Install the new gasket and EGR cooler to EGR valve tube.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Install the new gasket and position back the EGR cooler to EGR valve tube.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

- Install the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor.
  Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
- Connect the electrical connector.

- Position back the wiring harness.
- Connect the electrical connectors and wiring harness retainer.

Position back the hose and connect the quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
