DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition ABS B1111:53 Electric Park Brake Enable: Deactivated This DTC sets when both parking brake actuators do not reset when exiting the Maintance Mode routine. This is most likely caused by an interupted Maintance Mode routine. Possible Sources
- The EPB Apply and Release routine was not carried out.
- F1 CARRY OUT THE EPB APPLY AND RELEASE ROUTINE
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, carry out the EPB Apply and Release routine.
- Ignition OFF.
- Ignition ON.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the ABSDTC.
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, carry out the ABS self-test.
Is DTC B1111:53 set?
Yes Exit Maintance mode. No The system is operating correctly at this time. The EPB Apply and Release routine cleared the DTC.
