Removal And Installation: Flywheel: Installation

  1. Install the flywheel and the bolts. Install Special Service Tool: 303-103 (T74P-6375-A) Holding Tool, Flywheel.

    Torque: Stage 1: 28 lb.ft (38 Nm) Stage 2: 90 deg.

  2. Install the clutch disc. Refer to: Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate - 5.0L 32V Ti-VCT
  3. Use the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Misfire Monitor Profile Correction routine in the diagnostic scan tool.
  4. Road test the vehicle.
