Rear Parking Aid Camera: Removal

Vehicles equipped with tailgate release handle mounted analog cameras 

1. Remove the tailgate release handle. Refer to: Tailgate Release Handle .
2. Release the tab and remove the rear parking aid camera bracket.

   Vehicles equipped with tailgate release handle mounted digital cameras 

3. Remove the tailgate release handle. Refer to: Tailgate Release Handle .
4. Release the tab and remove the rear parking aid camera bracket.

   Vehicles with high mounted stoplamp with camera 

5. NOTE: To prevent damage to the center high mounted stop lamp connectors, refer to removal details in the referenced procedure.

   Remove the high mounted stoplamp. Refer to: High Mounted Stoplamp .

6. Remove the screws, the bracket and the high mounted stoplamp camera.
