Disconnect coolant lines. Inspect mating services for any debris or defect. Reinstall lines, ensuring positive connection (i.e. push-click-pull). Refill expansion tank REFER to: Cooling System Filling and Bleeding .
Pressure test the system. Perform a road test and inspect for leaks. |

Damaged SOBDMC/ TCM coolant expansion tank, radiator or hoses |
Disconnect the coolant lines. Inspect mating surfaces for any debris or defect. Inspect the SOBDMC/ TCM coolant expansion tank, radiator, and hoses for leaks. Reinstall lines, ensuring positive connection (i.e. push-click-pull). Refill expansion tank REFER to: Cooling System Filling and Bleeding .
Pressure test the system. Perform a road test and inspect for leaks. |
