Vacuum Pump: Removal

NOTE:
During engine repair procedures, cleanliness is extremely important. Any foreign material, including any material created while cleaning gasket surfaces, that enters the oil passages, coolant passages or the oil pan, can cause engine failure.
- Remove the cowl panel. Refer to: Cowl Panel .

- Disconnect the vacuum tube quick connect coupling. Refer to: QUICK RELEASE COUPLING .
- Detach the wiring harness retainer.
- Detach the vent hose retainer.
- Remove the fasteners and the vacuum pump.
