Oil Cooler: Installation

- Install a new gasket.
- Install the oil cooler and the fasteners.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

- Connect the coolant hoses. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover /Installer
- Remove the hose locking pliers. Use the General Equipment: Locking Pliers

- Connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Attach the wiring harness retainers.
- Install a new oil filter and fill the engine with clean engine oil. Refer to: Engine Oil Draining and Filling .
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to: Air cleaner .
- Inspect and adjust the coolant level in the degas bottle Refer to: Specifications .
