Fuel Lines: Removal

Refer to: Gasoline and Gasoline-Ethanol Fuel Systems Health and Safety Precautions .
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Release the fuel system pressure. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
Remove the quick release couplings and detach the retainer clip. Refer to: QUICK RELEASE COUPLING - 2.3L .

- Remove the nuts and bolts.
  Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)
- Remove the retainer and air deflector.

Remove the retainer clips and disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the quick release couplings and detach the retainer clips. Refer to: QUICK RELEASE COUPLING - 2.3L .
