Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler: Removal

- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: Front Bumper Cover .
- Remove the pushpins and the upper radiator air deflector.
- Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler bolts.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Remove the headlamp assemblies. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly .
- Remove the bolts and the reinforcement panel.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Remove the bolts and the front bumper.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
- Disconnect the impact severity sensors, the hood ajar switch, the ambient air temperature sensor and the horn electrical connectors. Detach the wiring harness retainers.
- Open the hood latch cable connector cover.
- Disconnect the hood latch cable.
- Remove the bolts and the front module carrier.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Release the clamps and remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler.
