Pinpoint Test H : The PRNDL Indicator Does Not Illuminate Park

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
- Selector lever cable improperly installed
  - Verify proper installation and adjustment of the selector lever cable. Make sure the selector lever cable is fully seated in the bracket at the shift lever, and the bracket on the transmission. REFER to: Selector Lever Cable .
- Wiring, terminals or connectors, PCM, IPC, park detect switch (part of the selector lever assembly)
  - To diagnose an indicator illumination concern, REFER to: Instrumentation, Message Center and Warning Chimes .
