Pinpoint Test Y: B1087:83 Or B1087:87: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The DDM communicates with the DRDM over a LIN circuit. In the event the DRDM fails, the LHR power window and power door lock become inoperative.

The PDM communicates with the PRDM over a LIN circuit. In the event the PRDM fails, the RHR power window and power door lock become inoperative.

DDM/ PDM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
B1087:83 LIN Bus "A": Value Of Signal Protection Calculation Incorrect Sets by the DDM and PDM when a communication fault is detected from the communication from the corresponding RDM.
B1087:87 LIN Bus "A": Signal Invalid Sets by the DDM and PDM when a communication fault is detected from the communication from the corresponding RDM.
