Power Liftgate Warning Chime

The power liftgate warning chime alerts the operator the power liftgate close request has been activated. The chime sounds through the audio speakers as part of the power liftgate close function. The IPC receives the power liftgate chime request from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the power liftgate chime request from the RGTM over the MS-CAN.
