  1. Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

    • Trailer backup assist steering control initialization

  2. J1 CARRY OUT THE TRAILER BACKUP ASSIST STEERING CONTROL INITIALIZATION

    • Drive the vehicle above 40 kph (25 mph).

    Does the system work properly after initialization? 

    Yes  No action is required. The system needed to be initialized.
    No  REFER to the Symptom Chart .
