DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition IPC U0533:56 Invalid Data Received From Side Obstacle Detection Control Module "A": Invalid/Incompatible Configuration Sets in the IPC when the IPC receives invalid network data from the SODL through the GWM due to a calibration concern. IPC U0534:56 Invalid Data Received From Side Obstacle Detection Control Module "B": Invalid/Incompatible Configuration Sets in the IPC when the IPC receives invalid network data from the SODR through the GWM due to a calibration concern. - DW1 CHECK VEHICLE HISTORY FOR RECENT SERVICE ACTIONS
- Check the vehicle history for any recent service actions related to the IPC.
Have any service actions been performed?
Yes REPEAT the PMI as directed by the diagnostic scan tool. No GO to DW2 - DW2 RECONFIGURE THE MODULE
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the PMI as directed by the diagnostic scan tool.
- Check the message center for side obstacle and cross traffic alert feature menus.
Are the feature menus available and working correctly?
Yes The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by incomplete or incorrect PMI procedure. No The IPC fails to retain configuration data. INSTALL a new IPC. REFER to: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)
