DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition PAM U0300:57 Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility: Invalid/Incompatible Software Component Sets in the PAM when invalid or incompatible software is detected. PAM U3000:44 Control Module: Data Memory Failure Sets in the PAM when the PAM fails the read write check. PAM U3000:45 Control Module: Program Memory Failure Sets in the PAM when there is a ROM memory checksum failure. PAM U3000:46 Control Module: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure Sets in the PAM when the PAM detects a read write failure in the EEPROM. PAM U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure Sets in the PAM when module detects an internal failure. Possible Sources

- AH1 CHECK FOR DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS) FROM THE PAM (PARKING ASSIST CONTROL MODULE) SELF-TEST
- Ignition ON.
- Using the diagnostic scan tool, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Using the diagnostic scan tool, perform the PAM self-test.

Yes INSTALL a new PAM, REFER to: Parking Assist Control Module (PAM) No The system is operating correctly at this time.
