Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve: Installation

1. Inspect the o-ring and replace if necessary. Lubricate the o-ring with clean engine oil.
2. Install the new gasket and EGR valve.
3. Install the EGR valve studs.
  Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
4. Install the EGR valve nuts.
  Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
5. Install the EGR valve bolt.
  Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
