180 Degree View

The 180 degree views feature is generated by using the camera selection switch or by the rear parking aid camera and has two options, normal view or 180 degree view. If the 180 degree view feature is on and the vehicle drives above 10 kph (6 mph) or vehicle is shifted out of reverse (R), the 180 degree view feature is disabled and must be re-enabled the next time the camera selection switch or reverse (R) is selected. When the driver turns the 180 degree views from normal or 180 degree view at the audio system display, the 180 degree view or Normal view is sent through the network to the IPMB which then sends the normal or 180 views request message to the front or rear parking aid camera via the LIN circuit. The camera then turns on the 180 degree view or normal views.
