DTC DESCRIPTION P0404 - EGR A CONTROL CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE

Description:	This DTC sets when the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve is at a position other than commanded.
Possible Causes:	EGRVCL circuit open EGRVCH circuit open EGRVCL and EGRVCH circuits are cross wired EGRVCL and EGRVCH circuits are shorted together Debris restricting the EGR valve movement Binding or stuck EGR valve Damaged EGR valve
Diagnostic Aids:
Application	Key On Engine Off	Key On Engine Running	Continuous Memory
All	GO to PINPOINT TEST KD .
