DTC P0326 - Knock/Combustion Vibration Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance

DTC DESCRIPTION P0326 - KNOCK/COMBUSTION VIBRATION SENSOR A CIRCUIT RANGE/PERFORMANCE

Description:  This DTC sets when the voltage goes outside a calibrated level. The knock sensor 11 (KS11) detects vibrations upon increase and decrease in engine RPM. The KS11 sensor generates a voltage based on this vibration.
Possible Causes: 
  • KS11 circuit open
  • KS11RTN circuit open
  • KS11 circuit short to voltage
  • KS11 RTN circuit short to voltage
  • KS11 circuit short to ground
  • KS11 RTN circuit short to ground
  • Damaged KS11
Diagnostic Aids:  A KS11 sensor voltage greater than 0.5 volt with the ignition ON, engine OFF, indicates a concern is present.
The vehicle may need to be driven for several minutes to set this DTC.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST DG .
