Transmission Fluid Cooler - 1.5L EcoBoost (118kW/160PS) - I4/2.5L Duratec (110kW/150PS): Installation

- Install the transmission fluid cooler and the bolt.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Connect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler tubes.
- Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler tube secondary latches.
- Attach the coolant hoses and position the clamps.
- Install the engine undershield and the retainers.
- Install the air cleaner. For 1.5L, Refer to: Air Cleaner . For 2.5L, Refer to: Air Cleaner .
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. For 1.5L, Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding . For 2.5L, Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Check the transmission fluid level and adjust as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
