Cooler Bypass Valve - 1.5L EcoBoost (110kW/150PS) - I4: Installation

NOTE: Leaving the cooler bypass valve nuts loose will ease installation of the transmission fluid cooler tube fittings.
Install the cooler bypass valve and the nuts.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

NOTE: Leave the transmission fluid cooler tube fittings loose until after final tighten of the cooler bypass valve nuts.
Connect the transmission fluid cooler tubes to the cooler bypass valve and tighten the fittings.
Torque: 16 lb.ft (22 Nm)
- Install the air cleaner. Refer to: Air Cleaner .
- Check the transmission fluid level and adjust as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
