Fuel Lines: Removal

- Remove the Fuel Tank. Refer to: Fuel Tank .
- Release the brake line retainers and disconnect the brake lines.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)

- Remove the nuts.
Torque: 33 lb.ft (45 Nm)
- Remove the bolts.
Torque: 44 lb.ft (60 Nm)
- Remove the bolt.
Torque:Stage 1: 76 lb.ft (103 Nm)Stage 2: 270 deg.
- Remove the nuts.
- Disconnect the brake lines.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)

NOTE: Some residual fuel may remain in the fuel tubes after releasing the fuel system pressure. When disconnecting or removing any fuel tubes, carefully drain any residual fuel into a suitable container.
- Disconnect the fuel line and vapor line. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling . Refer to: Spring Lock Couplings .
- Release the retainer and position the fuel line bundle aside.
- Release the retainers and remove the fuel line bundle.
