Possible Causes 

• Communication concern
• PAM concern (integral to the BCM on vehicles without active park assist) concern
• APIM concern
• IPMB concern

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-Checks 

• If the rear parking aid camera is not configured after replacement, some video functions will be inoperative. Verify the rear parking aid camera configuration using the diagnostic scan tool.
