Possible Sources
- No warnings present
- IPC
- CM1
- Close the doors, hood and liftgate.
- Ignition ON.
- Wait until the IPC completes prove-out.
- Open the driver door and observe the IPC.
- Verify the IPC displays the door ajar message and the chime sounds once.
Did the door ajar message display in the message center and the chime sound once?
Yes The system is operating correctly at this time. The message center warning chime only sounds when a new warning is displayed in the message center. No If the door ajar message does not display, GO to Pinpoint Test T If the door ajar message displays and the chime does not sound,
