Cruise Control/ACC

The ACC display provides the set speed (shown to the right of the ACC RTT indicator) and the distance gap setting and lead vehicle graphic (shown in the center of the HUD display).

The HUD module receives all messages required to control the cruise control/ ACC displays from the GWM over the HS-CAN3.

As the vehicle approaches a distance requiring an alert, the display turns from gray to amber to red.

The lane markers change color based on the system status with regard to vehicle position within the lane and any required intervention to keep the vehicle in the lane. For additional information on the lane keeping system operation, Refer to: Lane Keeping System - System Operation and Component Description .
