Parking Brake Switch: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Release the clips and position aside the floor console upper trim panel.

    1. Lift the front of the upper trim panel to release the clips.
    2. Slide the upper trim panel forward to release the rear retaining tabs. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

  2. Disconnect the parking brake switch electrical connector.

  3. Remove the screws and the parking brake switch.

    Torque: 9 lb.in (1 Nm)
