Brake Vacuum Pump - 2.7L EcoBoost (238kW/324PS): Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the air cleaner outlet pipes. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe LH 2.7L EcoBoost . Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe RH 2.7L EcoBoost .
1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the pipe.
  Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
2. Release the clamp and disconnect the pipe.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring retainer.
4. Remove the bolt and position the CAC intake pipe aside.
  Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

Disconnect the vacuum tubes.

Detach the wiring retainer.

Remove the bolts and the vacuum pump.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
