Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube LH: Installation
- Inspect the spring lock fitting and replace as needed.
Torque: Stage 1: 71 lb.in (8 Nm) | Stage 2: Do not to exceed 26 Nm maximum. : 450 deg.

NOTE: Listen for audible click when installing the oil supply tube into the quick connect fitting.
Connect the turbocharger oil supply tube to the spring lock coupling. Refer to: Spring Lock Couplings .
- Install the turbocharger oil supply tube secondary latch.
- Install and tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bracket nut. Attach the wire harness retainer.
Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
- Install and tighten the engine appearance cover ballstud.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Install the new turbocharger oil supply tube filter and the new turbocharger oil supply tube linked sealing washer.
- Install the turbocharger oil supply tube and then tighten the new turbocharger oil supply tube bolt.
Torque: Stage 1: 159 lb.in (18 Nm) | Stage 2: 90 deg.
- Install the turbocharger heat shield, then install and tighten the turbocharger heat shield bolts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Connect the wire harness retainer.
- Remove the oil fill cap, then install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil fill cap.
- Check and top off the engine oil as needed. Refer to: Specifications .
