Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube RH: Installation
- Install the turbocharger coolant supply tube and then install the turbocharger coolant return tube.
- Connect the turbocharger coolant tube hoses.
- Install the new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washers.
- Connect the turbocharger coolant tubes, then install new the turbocharger coolant tube bolts finger tight at this stage.
- Install the turbocharger coolant tube bracket bolt finger tight at this stage.
- Tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bolts.
Torque: Stage 1: 106 lb.in (12 Nm) | Stage 2: 60 deg.
- Tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bracket bolt.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Attach the harness retainers.
- Install the turbocharger inlet pipe and then tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe clamp. Install and tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe retaining nut. Connect the turbocharger bypass hose.
Torque: 1 : 44 lb.in (5 Nm) 2 : 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Install the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner . Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .
- Install the steering heat shield, then install and tighten the steering heat shield bolts.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Install the Catalytic Converter RH. Refer to: Catalytic Converter RH .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Remove the oil fill cap, then install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil fill cap.
