Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube LH: Installation
- Install the turbocharger coolant supply tube and then install the turbocharger return tube.
- Connect the turbocharger coolant tube hoses and clamps.
- Install the new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washers.
- Install the turbocharger coolant tubes, then install and tighten the new turbocharger coolant tube bolts.
Torque: Stage 1: 106 lb.in (12 Nm) | Stage 2: 60 deg.
- Install and tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bracket nut.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Attach the harness retainers.
- Attach the harness retainers.
- Install the coolant hose and clamp.

- Install the turbocharger inlet pipe and then tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe clamps. Connect the turbocharger bypass hose. Connect the vacuum hoses.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Connect the quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Install the turbocharger inlet pipe and then tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe clamps. Connect the turbocharger bypass hose. Connect the vacuum hoses.
- Install the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner . Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- If equipped, install the underbody splash shield, then install the underbody splash shield fasteners.
- Remove the oil fill cap, then install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil fill cap.
