Low Fuel Warning Chime

The low fuel warning chime sounds through the front speakers to draw the driver's attention to the low fuel warning indicator operation and inform the driver of a low fuel condition. See Low Fuel Indicator. Refer to: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - System Operation and Component Description  . The chime sounds when the low fuel warning indicator illuminates.

When a chime request is received, the IPC sends the IPC chime request message to the ACM (without Sony audio system) and audio DSP (with Sony audio system) to sound the chime.
