Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler Bypass Valve Solenoid: Removal

- Disconnect the EGR cooler bypass valve solenoid electrical connector.

NOTE: Replacement clamps are included with the new EGR cooler bypass valve solenoid and are conventional spring clamps.
Remove the crimp clamps and disconnect the hoses from the EGR cooler bypass valve solenoid.
- Remove the EGR cooler bypass valve solenoid bolts and then remove the EGR cooler bypass valve solenoid.
Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
