Throttle Body: Installation

NOTE:
Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
- Install the new throttle body gasket.

- Install the throttle body, then install and tighten the throttle body retaining bolts.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Connect the throttle body electrical connector.
- Attach the throttle body wire harness retainer.
- Install the throttle body, then install and tighten the throttle body retaining bolts.
- Install and tighten the wiring harness retaining bolt.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

NOTE: The throttle body inlet tube must be seated within 0.0787 in (2 mm) of the hose stops.
Install the throttle body inlet tube, then tighten the throttle body inlet tube clamps.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5.0 Nm)
- Connect the CAC temperature sensor electrical connector and then attach the CAC temperature sensor wire harness retainer.
