Coolant Pump: Installation

Install the coolant pump and tighten the bolts and stud bolt in the sequence shown.
Torque: 17 lb.ft (23 Nm)

Connect the coolant hoses. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

Install the thermostat housing. Refer to: Thermostat Housing .
1. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.
2. Position the accessory drive belt.
