Coolant Manifold: Removal

  1. Remove the fuel injection pump. Refer to: Fuel Injection Pump .
  2. Remove the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  3. Disconnect the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  4. Remove the bolts and the coolant manifold. Discard the gasket.
