Engine Mount LH: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- Remove and discard the engine mount nut.
- Remove and discard the engine crossmember bolts.
- Remove the front lower air deflector.
- Disconnect the electrical connector and wire retainer.
- Loosen the clamps and remove the CAC pipe.
- Remove and discard the engine mount bolts.
- Remove the engine crossmember bracket.

NOTE: Position a wooden block between the oil pan and the crossmember for added safety.
Position the stand on the LH back corner of the cylinder block. Use the General Equipment: Vehicle/Axle Stands. Use the General Equipment: Wooden Block
- Remove the bolts and the bracket.
- Remove the bolts and the engine mount. Discard the bolts.
