Fuel Lines: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

With vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Release the fuel system pressure. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
Remove the high pressure fuel pump insulator shield.

- Disconnect the fuel lines quick release couplings. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Release the fuel lines routing retainer.

Disconnect the quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .

- NOTE: Vehicle body removed from art for clarity.
  
  NOTE: The fuel feed line should be removed from the bottom of the vehicle.
  
  Disconnect the fuel feed line quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Release the retainers and remove the fuel lines.
