Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor: Removal

RH CMP Sensors 

  1. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to: Upper Intake Manifold .
  2. Disconnect the CMP sensor electrical connectors.

  3. Remove the bolts and the CMP sensors.

    LH CMP sensor 

  4. Disconnect the CMP sensor electrical connectors.
