Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube - LH: Installation

    1. Install the turbocharger coolant supply tube.
    2. Install the turbocharger coolant return tube.

  1. Connect the turbocharger coolant hoses and clamps.

  2. Install the 2 new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washers.

  3. Install the turbocharger coolant tubes, then install and tighten the new turbocharger coolant tube bolts in the following 2 stages.

    • Stage 1: Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

    • Stage 2: Tighten 60 degrees.

  4. Install and tighten the coolant tube bracket retaining nut. Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

  5. Attach the turbocharger wastegate control hose retainers.

  6. Attach the wiring harness retainers.

  7. Connect the coolant hose and clamp.

  8. Install the turbocharger inlet tube and then tighten the turbocharger inlet tube clamps. Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

    • Connect the vacuum hoses.

    • Connect the turbocharger bypass hose and clamp.

    1. Connect the crankcase ventilation hose. Refer to Fuel System - General Information .

  9. Install the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to Intake Air Distribution and Filtering .
  10. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Engine Cooling .
  11. If equipped. Install the underbody shield and then install the underbody shield retainers.

  12. Remove the oil filler cap and install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil filler cap.
