Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The ABS module disables adaptive cruise control when DTC C0072:68 sets until the temperature is returned to normal. This DTC does not illuminate any warning indicators, however the message center displays ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL NOT AVAILABLE. 

PPT X ABS MODULE DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
C0072:68 Brake Temperature Too High: Event Information Sets due to HS-CAN concerns, CCM concerns or a hard reset of the ABS module (battery disconnected or ignition ON with ABS module electrical connector disconnected).
