Roof Opening Panel Frame: Installation

  1. With the help of an assistant. Install the roof opening panel frame.

    1. Attach the front retaining clip.
    2. Attach the retaining clips.
    3. Tighten the bolts finger tight.

    1. Tighten the roof opening panel frame bolts.

      Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)

    2. Tighten the roof opening panel frame bracket bolts.

      Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

    1. Connect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.
    2. Connect the roof opening panel drain hoses from the corners of the roof opening panel frame.

  4. Install the headliner. Refer to: Headliner .
  5. Align the roof opening panel. Refer to: Roof Opening Panel Alignment .
  6. Initialize the roof opening panel. Refer to: Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization .
