Roof Rail: Removal

LH side shown, RH side similar.
- If equipped.
- Rotate the cross member retainer nut counter clockwise and remove the retainer nut.
- Remove the roof luggage carriers.
- Using a non-marring trim tool, disengage retainer clips on the roof rail cover and remove the roof rail cover. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
- Remove the roof rail bolts and remove the roof rail.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Using a non-marring trim removal tool, remove the roof rail moulding.
