Extension Housing: Assembly

- Clean and inspect the shift shaft bearings for damage. If damage is found, install a new extension housing.
- Install the countershaft bearing and the retaining ring.
- Install the output shaft bearing and the retaining ring.
- Install the reverse idler gear, reverse gear pin and install the bolt.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Install the manual shaft seal.
- Install the speed sensor and the bolt.
Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)
- If equipped, install the TFT sensor.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
