Transfer Case Cooler: Removal

- Drain the PTU. Refer to: Transfer Case Draining and Filling .
- Using the hose clamps, pinch off the PTU coolant hoses. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp(s)

NOTE: Some coolant will leak out when the PTU coolant lines are removed.
Remove the PTU cooler lines and position aside.
- Remove the PTU cooler bolts and the PTU cooler.
