Evaporative Emission Blocking Valve: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
1. Disconnect the EVAP blocking valve electrical connector.
2. Disconnect the EVAP quick connect coupling to the canister. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
3. Detach the EVAP blocking valve from the bracket retainer on the body.
4. Disconnect the EVAP quick connect coupling and remove the EVAP blocking valve. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
